- You are responsible for ensuring only authorized users access your account.
4. SMS Use and Consent
- You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before sending or enabling SMS communications.
- Carrier rates, fees, and filtering rules may apply.
- Delivery timing and availability are not guaranteed.
- You agree not to use Bossman for spam, unlawful messaging, or abusive content.
5. AI-Assisted Features
Bossman may use AI to classify messages and generate responses or summaries. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing critical business records.
6. Billing and Fees
- Paid plans are billed in advance according to your selected billing cycle.
- Usage-based charges may apply for messaging volume above included limits.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Bossman for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
- Transmit malicious code or content that violates third-party rights.
8. Data and Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your business data. Bossman retains rights to the software, platform, and related materials. You grant Bossman the rights needed to process your data to provide the service.
9. Service Availability and Disclaimer
Bossman is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bossman and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
